The lease commences on 29 September 1874, for the term of 90 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a yearly rent of £4.10.0. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan and elevation of the property. Handwritten note at back of leas notes that the lease and counterpart is engrossed and that a copy has been created on 5 November 1974.
