Draft lease of a coachhouse and stable on the east side of a mews leading north from Steeles Road, in the parish of St John Hampstead, in the county of Middlesex, being the 2nd coachhouse north from Steeles Road, from the Provost and College of Eton to Henry Abraham Burstall. The lease commences on 29 September 1874, for the term of 90 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a yearly rent of £4. Contains the details of the lease, and a plan and elevation of the property. Handwritten note at the back of lease states that the lease and counterpart are engrossed and a copy has been created, dated 21 November 1874.
