Lease of a messuage on the north side of Elsworthy Road, Saint John Hampstead, in the county of Middlesex, being the 1st house east from Horton Road, from the Provost and College of Eton to Samuel Cuming. Lease commences on 29 September 1879, for a term of 85 years, expiring 29 September 1964, with a rent of £10 per anumm. Contains the details of the lease. Signed, sealed and delivered, with witnesses.
Memorandum on the fold and handwritten note at the front of the lease states that the lease was surrendered by a deed of surrender on 29 October 1886 by Samuel Cuming, and a new lease granted on 30 October 1886 on Samuel Cuming's nomination to James John Walker (Number 819 in leave roll 5).
