Lease of a messuage in Eton Avenue, in the parish Saint John Hampstead, in the county of Middlesex, being the 3rd house east from King's College Road, and known as "Kylemore," from the Provost and College of Eton to Mr William Willett. Lease commences on 29 September 1886, for a term of 94 years, expiring 29 September 1886, with a rent of £30 per anumm. Contains the details of the lease and an elevation and plan of the messuage. Signed, sealed and delivered, with witnesses.
Handwritten note at the front of the lease states that the counterpart lease was surrendered.
Indenture surrendering the lease if at the back of the lease. Dated 7 December 1889, surrender of lease from William Willett to the Provost and College of Eton, for the sum of ten shillings. Contains the details of the surrender. Signed, sealed and delivered, with witnesses.
