Counterpart lease of a messuage in Elsworthy Road (north side), in the parish of St John, Hampstead, in the county of Middlesex, lately known as "The Sheiling," but now known as "Luxor Lodge" in the said Road, from the Provost and College of Eton to Mr William Willett. Lease commences on 29 September 1898, for a term of 96 years, expiring 29 September 1994, with a rent of £16 per anumm. Contains the details of the lease and an elevation and plan of the messuage. Signed, sealed and delivered, with witnesses.
