Counterpart lease of a messuage in Eton Avenue (south side), in the parish of St John, Hampstead, in the county of Middlesex, being the second house west from Merton Road, and known as "Ranfurly," from the Provost and College of Eton to Mr William Willett. Lease commences on 29 September 1898, for a term of 92 years, expiring 29 September 1990, with a rent of £8 per anumm. Contains the details of the lease and an elevation and plan of the messuage. Signed, sealed and delivered, with witnesses.
