Agreement as to the erection of a motor garage in the garden of "Elleray", King Henry's Road, on the surface of Primrose Hill Tunnel, made between The London and North Western Railway Company and The Provost And College Of Eton and Arthur Isaacs van Zwanenberg, who is the party wishing to erect the desirous of erecting a portable motor garage. Signed and sealed with witnesses, with the seals of the Provost and College of Eton and the London and North Western Railway. Accompanied by a ground plan containing the proposed alterations and additons, with the location of the Primrose Hill Fast Line Tunnel marked.
