Surrender of lease and hereditaments called Chalcots otherwise Chalcots in the county of Middlesex, from Reverend Charles Browne Dalton of Highgate in the County of Middlesex, George Frasi, John Laurice Frere, Ramsay Robinson Clarke, Lucy Clarke, Edmund Bryan, Charles Bowyer, Charles Beckeley, Giles Clarke to the Provost and College of Eton. Contains the details of the surrender, and the first schedule of leases and agreements for leases, which includes the names of tenants, descriptions of properties, the rents, the schedule of indentures. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
Accompanied by a copy of a burial register in the parish of Hove in 1864, and a duplicate Power of Attorney to receive mortgage money and release securities, from George Frere to the Revered Charles Browne Dalton and John Laurice Frerer.
