Content description
Draft agreement from the Provost and College of Eton to Springall Thompson, Frederick Thompson and Thomas Maynard, to be annexed to agreement dated 16 March 1866. Provides details of the agreement, including the rules of what is to be built on the land, and the prices of the rent, the leases for houses on Englands Lane. Agreement provides details of the 1866 agreement, which provided leases or the erection of buildings, and the agreement dated 7 April 1870, which is made void by the current agreement.
Accompanied by the 1st and 2nd schedule, referred to in the agreement, which list previous leases, and two plans of the land between England's Lane, Haverstock Hill, Steele's Road, Fellow's Road and Primrose Hill Road as it is currently, and of how the land is to be altered by the agreement.
