Content description
Agreement between the Provost of Eton and the Charing Cross Euston and Hampstead Railway Company, that the railway company shall not erect station buildings that restrict acces to light and air, and that the access and use of light and air to the windows of the station buildings be deemed permissive. Signed by Ernest Henry Abbott and George Blatspiel Abbott with witness, and sealed with the seals ofthe Charing Cross Euston and Hampstead Railway Company and The Provost and College of Eton. Accompanied by a plan and sections of Chalk Farm Station, with land involved in the agreement coloured eithe blue or red.
