Licence to make alterations at No 148 and No 150, new opening on top floor, with plan, dated 18 June 1915. Lease of No 150 to Mrs Violet Agneta Palmer, with schedule of dilapidations and wants of repair, dated 13 February 1953, and accompanied by piece of typed correspondence regarding the lease, dated 24 February 1953. Counterpart lease of No 148 King Henry's Road to Mr Patrick Francis Duffy, with schedule of dilapidations and wants of repair, dated 4 August 1954. Duplicate surrender of No 150, from National Provincial Bank Limited to Eton College.
