Content description
Account of Chalcot Rents to Michaelmas 1877, for the Provost and College of Eton. The receiver of the rents is Mr Clement Uvedale Price, in account with the Provost and College of Eton. Records the number of the counterpart lease, the present holder of the lease, the original lessee, arrears due at Michaelmas 1876, rent due in Michaelmas 1877, the property tax allowed and the receipt. Accompanied by a handwritten letter from Price to the Bursar of Eton College, dated 1 December 1877, regarding the balance from the Chalcots Estate and issues with rent, a General Cash Account, and two other Cash Accounts.
