Bargain and Sale of a piece of land in the Parish of Hampstead in the County of Middlesex, from the Trustees of the Hampstead Roads John Jackson, Benjamin Burchell, William Robertson, Thomas Bingham and Joseph Burchell to the Provost and College of Eton, for the sum of two hundred pounds. Contains the details of the bargain and sale, and a street plan of part of the High Road of Haverstock Hill with property belonging to Eton College coloured dark green. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses.
