Copy of Memorandum of Arrangement between The Provost and College of Eton and The Dean and Chapter of Westminster and Mr Fidey. The Arrangement includes England's Lane being used by the Provost and Fellows and the Chapter and their several tenants in common, Mr Fidey agreeing to widen the Lane, to ensure the Lane is maintained and kept in good condition at his own expense until the College Land is let for building purposes and the construction of sewers. Signed.
