Agreement for Conveyance of Land at Saint John's Hampstead in the County of Middlesex for a site for a Church, made between The Provost and College of Eton, The Reverand Charles James Fuller, George Pennell, Thomas Hill and others. Contains the details of the conveyance. Notes that it is intended that a Church to be called Saint Mary's Church shall be built on the said parcel of land. Signed, sealed and delivered with witnesses. Accompanied by a street plan of the area with the land included in the conveyance coloured green.
