Draft lease of a messuage and premises, in the north side of Church Road, Haverstock Hill, in the Parish of St John Hampstead, in the County of Middlesex, first west from the site of the parsonage to St Saviour's Church, from the Provost and College of Eton to Mr Jacob Hibberd. Contains the details of the lease, including that the term commences Miachaelmas 1862, for 99 years, expriring in 1961, and that the rent is £12. Note at back of lease states that lease has been sealed with the College seal, and that the counterpart lease was signed by Jacob Hibberd. Signed, sealed and delivered by Jacob Hibberd in the presence of Fredrick Thompson.
