Content description
Proposed Tenure with Mr Hibberd, from Eton College (not carried out). Lease 99 years from Michaelmas 1865. Rent for the first twelve years £600 per annum, and for the 13th year and residue of the term £750 per annum. Contains the details of the lease. Accompanied by a plan of property to be demised to Mr Hibberd. Handwritten note at front of document states 'see amended terms.' These terms were not carried out in consequence of the College being unable to let the land and Houses occupied by leases under agreement. See Mr Pownall's agreement, terms and plan.
