Proposed terms of 2nd agreement with Mr Bettinson, in which a portion of the Chalcot Estate is let on a building agreement to Mr Bettinson. Sent from Pownall to Clement Price, asking Price to prepare an agreement. Contains the details of the terms, including that the lease is to last 99 years from Michaelmas 1865. Accompanied by street plan of property intended to be demised to Mr Bettinson. Handwritten note at front of document says to 'see amended terms.'
