Draft agreement as to building leases and extension of time for building, made between the Provost and College of Eton and Messrs Thomas Welbourn and Frederick Burkwood Welbourn, on land being part of the Chalcots Estate, in the Parish of Saint John Hampstead in the County of Middlesex. Contains the details of the agreement, including the rents. Accompanied by note that states Mr Frederick Buckwood Welbourn died 29 March 1878, and letters of administration were granted on 14 August 1878 to his widow, Clara Welbourn.
