Content description
Memorandum to be endorsed on leases and counterparts for houses in Fellows Road, between the Provost and College of Eton and Mr Jacob Hibberd. Contains the memorandum, which notes that the intended new road near to Steele's Road referred to in the parcels of the indenture of lease has not been made and with the permission of the lessors has been abandoned. The messuage demised by this indenture is the house East from Primrose Hill Road. Memorandum approved on 20 March 1870 by Mr Thompson.
