Typed letter to H.C. Hollway-Calthrop, Bursar, from Harry Plowman regarding damage caused to the Haverstock Hill estate owing to the rioting of lawless children from the South Mews, the rooms there having been let to persons with large families. Plowman believes that this part of the estate is past repair and will become a slum. Provides information on the effects of this rioting on the estate, including empty housing.
