Formerly known as the Campus Trust Company (name changed 12 June 2000), the objective of the company was the promotion of healthy recreation, the advancement of public education at Eton College through the provision of facilities for use by the school and public, and making grants for charitable purposes. It was the parent company of Dorney Lake Services Ltd. In July 2014, the fixed assets were transferred to Eton College Services Ltd. In 2018, the company was dissolved. Registered charity number 1060013.
