States it is to be used in all churches and chapels in England and Wales, and in the town of Berwick-upon-Tweed upon Sunday the Twentieth Day of June, 1897 [for the Queen's jubilee]. The hymn is called 'O King of Kings'. To be used immediately before Morning and Evening Prayer, or after the Third Collect, or immediately before the Office for the Holy Communion.
