1. Galfridus [Godfrey] Bithewode of Benefeld [Binfield] 2. Nicholas de Wodemannecote [Woodmancote]. Croft called Milcroft with hedges and ditches and other appurtenances in vill of Benefield, 1 silver penny at Feast of St Andrew to Lord of the fee for all services etc except foreign service for the king. 2 silver marks to Godfrey Bithewode. Witnesses: John Benefeld, Robert son of Godfrey of Benefeld, William Frend, John Edmund, Simon de la Felde, William Baron, William North.
