1. Robert, son and heir of Godfrey de Benetfeld 2. Nicholas de Wodemancote and Robert his son. Messuage with all the land he has in the parish of Benetfield [Binfield], with a watermill and all rents, reliefs, heriots, escheats etc outside and inside the vill. Also a messuage, lands and rents with the third part of a mill and all its appurtenances which Alice his mother has for dower after her death. 40 marks. Witnesses: Walter de Wodemancote, Alexander de la Ho, William de BAbeham, Ad[am] Iuvene, Henry son of Henry de Benetfeld, William North, William Carpenter (Faber) de Benetfeld
