1. William de Waneting', procurator general of Ogbourne and Ruislip 2. Radulphus de Cotes. Radulfus leases to William all his land of Cotes with all appurtenances for 10 years, William to pay 5 silver marks from the goods of the church, that is, all the money which the aforesaid Radulfus ought to receive from the land during the term. Any further receipts from the land and its appurtenances, Radulfus gives to the Abbey of Bec. Witnesses: Henry de Andeliat', Godfrey Puntard, Robert de Leodegaro, William le Bar, Joceo' de Cotes, Walter de Cotes, Andrew de Crowden, clerk, Gilbert son of Hugo le Fraunceis and many others.
