Walter Sealf. 58 acres of arable land and 5.5 acres of meadow in the parish of [Assli'] in the demesne of Goldcliff called Durantefeld between Gillanglepulle on the south, Blenchispulle on the east, the water of Usk on the north and west. 31s 9d, reserving rights to hold court and to a heriot. Land to revert to the priory if Walter dies without a legitimate heir. Sunday after the festival of the finding of the Holy Cross.
