1. Richard de Beausevall, Prior of Okebourn [Ogbourne] 2. Edmund Eylot of Lessingham [although the lessor is referred to as William throughout the lease]. Manor of Lessingham for 6 years, except tallages, fines and amercements and heriots. 300 marks to be paid in instalments of 25 marks. The tenant to collect tallages etc and pay them to Brother Richard or his successor, and to receive a robe of suit of his squires every year. At the end of the term, all stock, corn etc to be restored as it was at the start.
