Lordship, lands, tenements etc of Chalcots and Wilds in the parishes of Hampstead, Kentish Town, Marylebone, Finchley and Hendon, on the surrender of a lease of the premises made to William Watkins and now in the hands of Sir Thomas. £24 8s 10d, with 14 quarts and 100 bushels of wheat, and 30 quarters of malt or money equivalent.
