1. Agnes, daughter of Philip the apparitor 2. Roger Sachel. A messuage with appurtenances in le Croptelane, Rading [Reading] between a messuage of Emma de la Garstone and a tenement of the aforesaid Roger. For 6 years from Hokeday 55 Henry III [14 April 1271] paying one clove at Michaelmas. Roger has paid Agnes 2s 6d and she will pay him 4d at the end of the term, the property to remain in his hands unless it is paid. Witnesses: William de la Port', John Viniterr', Galfridus Gomme, Radulfus de Hecfeld, Richard de Gunt' and many others.
