1. Henry Pytt and John Webestar, procurators of the church of St Laurence, Upton 2. Richard Bulstrode, Esq., Abraham Sybilyes, Thomas Wurley, William Amerton, George Wodewarde, Roger Bulstrode, John Aylewyn and Edward Inwode. Cottage with garden in the parish of Upton lying between the land of Abraham on the south and east, the land of the Prior of Merton on the west, The cottage came to 1. through the death of William Burgeis and Isabel his wife to be sold, the money to be spent for the souls of William and Isabel and all the faithful departed on the church of St Lawrence and the king's highway in the aforesaid parish of Upton. Witnesses: Hugh Bartlett, George Feledar, William Peeke, Thomas Gebon, William Spenser, Robert Clark, Thomas Pope, William Montague.
