To hold from date of deed to feast of St Michael next following and four years after. 40s p.a. to be paid in equal portions at four usual terms and usual services to the chief lords of fee. Warranty clause. Witnesses: William de Wythewell, William de Undenestede, John Clement, John Pours, Thomas de Colier', John Merehurst and others.
