1. Provost and College of Eton 2. Robert Rede of Burnham, Sir Andrew Wyndesor of Eton, Edward Bulstrode of Hagley, George Wyndesor of Stoke 3. Provost and College of King's College, Cambridge.
Eton is to keep a "solemn anniversary while the world shall endure" between the translation of St Thomas of Canterbury and the Assumption, at election time, for the souls of Robert Rede and Meryett his wife, John Rede and Alys his wife, John Scott and Kathryn his wife. Detailed description of ceremonies given. 10s to be distributed to poor men and women; 6d to the Bursars; 20d to the Provost and Posers of King's College, Cambridge, who are to make an offering of 1d each. 40s to be paid to King's if default is made, 20s if anything is left undone. Tenements in Penn, Wycombe and Dorney granted in return.
