Item
[1819]
1 item asl
Journey in Wales; few shells found. We shall leave the Palace on Tuesday. Advises him to tell the tutor at Pembroke College, Oxford, that he will enter Joseph Goodall's name when he thinks fit. £180 a year will be found ultimately to amount to £200 and he will be responsible for half. Sketch of view from Palace window; part they are in built in 1791, rest old and convenient. Dr Leach very grateful for Emily's present. One of the great differences between N. and S. Wales the great superiority of the clergy. Roads in this district better than elsewhere in Wales. Still troubled by rheumatism but hopes bathing will cure it. PLACE: [Bangor]
