Traffic jam in Piccadilly. Mr Wilson's conduct has been very disreputable; the half year dividend at Windsor was under £28; nothing received from the estate since 1816. The 'lovesick premier' [Melbourne] called the King 'that old blockhead at Windsor'. 'Though he is the fair Maria's pet lamb he is not exclusively so'.
