Acknowledges letter and enclosure. Thinks it by no means impossible that Harrow will sooner or later follow Eton's example. At present have found it possible to re-introduce the game of Hare and Hounds and doubts whether the boys will be disposed to divide their enthusiasm. A drill would have no effect unless the boys took it up. Has broached the matter with the Head of the School. Expresses regard for Eton.
