Cannot agree that Mr Wolley's conduct was ungentlemanly or his own despotic. The local magistrates have officially drawn his attention to the use of catapults of the type possessed by Lord Graham. Boys have repeatedly been warned against them. Prefers to inflict punishment at the time rather than wait till after the holidays.
