Has noticed that in the memorial to officers who fell in South Africa and Afghanistan no mention is made of Lt. Col. Cleland, 9th Lancers, who was killed at Kabul in December 1879. Hopes he has not been forgotten. The writer was the first bugler to the Eton Volunteers in 1860
