Thought he was no longer a member of the Advisory Committee but if he is so considered the Earl of Plymouth should be consulted also. Cost of moving the statue of the Duke of Wellington offered by the Duke of Buccleuch will be considerable. It was decided not to make commemorations in the Memorial Hall retrospective to its date and though this decision was promptly violated by the inclusion of the portrait of Miss Evans, he himself would be opposed to adding the statue
