Thanks the Provost for an invitation to Founder's Feast but declines. Has just finished 'a very troublesome piece of work' which he was unable to refuse and is 'quite used up'. Intends to come over soon to see Mr Luxmoore and will hope to meet the provost then, and see the wall paintings
