Content description
These memoranda were produced as background papers for meetings or in some cases as stand-alone papers. Some may have been delivered as part of a talk.
Arrangement
Two sets of lists were found with them, one typescript, one in the hand of Provost Elliott, but neither the file copies nor the loose copies followed either arrangement, but were wholly random. There were many duplicates. The loose copies have now been arranged alphabetically, the file copies by date.
