Final part of a letter from George Spencer Churchill, (1766-1840) 5th Duke of Marlborough. Is seeking a postmastership for Mr Crofton [William Crofton], one of Hawtrey's pupils, and wishes to know if Dr Keate will look favourably on him. One is becoming available in 1832, another in 1833. He has already secured him rooms at Trinity College for 1832 if unsuccessful. Asks to oblige his sister-in-law, Lady Crofton.
