Letter to Mrs Hawtrey, written while a boy at Eton. John Dampier took tea with him. Monetary troubles of Dr Langford, and money owed to Miss Slingsby. Got a black eye. Asks her to ask Dr Goodall's permission for Hawtrey to visit her overnight. Mr Drury in school for the first time.
