Reports of the VC won by W.P. Sidney say he was at Eton and Magdalene College but omit his preparatory school. Asks Provost to write to The Times requesting that preparatory schools be named also. Provost unable to do so but mentions alteration in wording of regulations over scholarships following on a case where a St Hugh's boy got on the roll but did not obtain a place.
