Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College of Eton for 1300le and the surrender of the former lease to John Henry and Edward Duncan Rhodes, to Arthur Abbott, of the city of Exeter, gentleman, a trustee appointed by a quadripartite indenture of 4. September 1832, of the aforesaid tenement. To hold for twenty years form Michaelmas last; rents the same.
