Indenture of lease by the Provost and College, for 1600li and the surrender of a lease to Arthur Abbott, to Edmund William Paul, of the city of Exeter, gentleman, the executor named in the will of thesaid Abbott, of the aforesaid tenement. To hold for twenty years from Michaelmas last; rents the same.
