Admission, at a court, by master Roger Lupton, Provost, of John Wakeham, Isabel, his wife, and Nicholas, their son, to a close called le Prior's Parke and an orchard called le Grete Horcherd, for twenty one years, for yearly rents of 26s 8d and 6s 8d respectively, and 4d and 4d heriot. They pay a fine of twenty shillings.
