Draft of Bond by Richard Lockett, gentleman, son of William Lockett, clerk, to the Provost and College in £10. The condition of the bond is that if the said executors of the said Richard Lockett shall pay £5 within a month of his death in lieu of heriot then due on his holding in Charlton Parva (described) granted by copy of Court Roll of the above date, then the bond shall be void.
