Bond by Hezekiah Dolman, of Mordon, co. Dorset, yeoman, to pay the Provost and College 5 pounds, having received special licence from the same to live for 7 years out of the manor of Little Charlton and let his customary cottage land and meadow there for a rent of 6s a year. The condition of the bond is that if the executors of the said Hezekiah shall pay either the best beast or 53s 4d as heriot, if the said Hezekiah dies within the 7 years, and if Hezekiah his executors or assigns shall discharge the inhabitants of Charleton Marshall and Little Charleton from the relief of the undertenants of the premises, and shall appear once a year at the court of the manor, then the bond shall be void.
