Grant by Marmaduke Gorge, of Grenestede, co. Sussex, esquire, to John Towke, of Lychett Matravers, gentillman, of a messuage with a close adjacent in the town of Stourmyster Marshall [Sturminster Marshall], of which the east end of the close abuts on the meadow called Dockum and the west end (where the house is built) on the King's way and the north side of the house and close on a close of the vicar or rector near the cemetery and the south side of the same on a close of the heir of the lady Bonnevyld now the wife of Sir Henry Stafford, knight. And appointment of William Padenor, senior, John Champayne, Henry Balles, senior, and Richard Parham as his attorneys to deliver seisin.
